Wellness Consciousness
Wellness consciousness has been identified as a major predictor of individuals’ health attitudes and behaviors. Previous studies, however, have not clearly defined and operationalized the concept of wellness consciousness. This study aims to identify the psychological traits that constitute health consciousness and to develop a scale for measuring it. The results indicate that wellness consciousness is composed of four dimensions.
