Spiritual Energy
The human body and every living thing is surrounded by an electromagnetic field, also known as your aura. It is a beautiful, egg-like kaleidoscope of coloured electromagnetic energy that sends and receives energy exchanges with everything in the world around you.
Every person has their own unique energy. Some people’s energies are calming and peaceful, while others can be energizing or intense.
1. Practice Meditation
Practicing meditation can help you to feel more connected to spiritual energy. Whether you’re practicing mindfulness meditation, prayer or simply spending time in quiet reflection on a particular topic, it can allow you to relax and clear your mind. You may be surprised at the clarity that comes to you through this type of connection.
Every living thing, including people, has a unique energy that you can tap into via your intuition. Those who are deeply connected to the Universe have strong intuitive powers that can give them guidance in all aspects of life. These individuals are often able to see the bigger picture and can act with a sense of purpose. They often also have a sense of empathy with others.
2. Practice Kindness
The practice of kindness is more than being nice to people; it’s an intentional action. You can intentionally practice kindness by performing random acts of kindness or making generosity a habit in your life.
Practicing kindness can help you feel more connected to spiritual energy, which is known as Qi, Ki, Prana, or Mana in ancient traditions. Many people who have anxiety or panic attacks find their symptoms diminish as their spiritual practices progress. Getting to know the community around you through spiritual groups can also be beneficial.
3. Do Good Deeds
Doing good deeds is important to our spiritual side. It’s been known to improve mental health, create feelings of happiness, and increase life-long satisfaction.
In fact, research has shown that those who spend time helping others actually experience more happiness and well-being than those who don’t! This is because prosocial behavior promotes a positive feedback loop, encouraging continued kindness.
The act of doing a good deed can often be as simple as showing courtesy to a stranger or offering your seat on the train or bus to someone else. It’s also important to be aware of the karma you create when doing something kind. Good and bad karma spreads like wildfire so be careful what you put out there! It can come back to you in unexpected ways.
4. Practice Self-Care
When you prioritize spiritual self-care, you find an inner peace that withstands life’s disappointments and sorrows. It also brings you joy, even when things don’t go your way.
You can cultivate this sense of calm by practicing mindfulness, meditation or prayer. By embracing these practices, you may discover the answers to profound questions about your life’s purpose. You may feel a deeper connection to a higher power, giving you a compass to navigate the challenges of life.
Other ways to nurture your spiritual energy include spending time in nature and connecting with your community. Cultivating a strong social network can boost your sense of belonging, which has been shown to be an important component of wellness. So make time to meet up with friends and family, and explore volunteer opportunities.
5. Listen to Your Inner Voice
Developing a relationship with your inner voice is a lifelong process. Learning to trust your intuition will help you make better decisions, leading to a happier and more fulfilling life.
Seek Solitude: Spend time alone to foster self-awareness. Avoid distractions like television, social media, and reading. Seek silence for at least 10 minutes a day, and take notes on any insights that come to mind.
Listen to Your Spirit Guides: Pay attention to subtle nudges, gut feelings, and dreams. You may also notice synchronicity, Angel Numbers, Feathers, and repeating themes. These could be your Spirit Guides trying to communicate with you! Listen for guidance that is loving, supportive, and embracing. Messages from your inner wisdom will never feel judgmental, punishing, or blaming. They will always ask you to honor your unique gifts and take responsibility for your choices.
