What is Spiritual Energy?

Spiritual energy is a force that affects everything it touches, like gravity. It has long been honed and refined through centuries of ancient practice.

When this chakra is balanced you have a strong sense of self-worth and personal integrity. You are able to connect with and transmute emotions into soulful passion.

Spirituality

Spirituality is a complex concept that transcends religious affiliation. It encompasses a sense of inspiration, reverence, awe, meaning and purpose in life that arises even without belief in God or any other external force. It often comes to the forefront during periods of emotional stress, physical (and mental) illness and loss.

It’s about building a system of meanings that fits your fate and character, enabling you to thrive despite life’s most shattering challenges. Spirituality is also about a process of re-formation that aims to recover the original shape of man.

The best way to develop your spirituality is by exploring your special gifts of character, like compassion, laughter, self-discipline and love. Remember that as the ancient Chinese philosopher Lao-tzu said, “A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.” Whenever you feel ready to start, take that first step! You will be surprised at how much more energized you feel as a result.

Meditation

Spiritual energy is a term used to describe the force that animates and connects all living things. It is often associated with spiritual enlightenment, as well as health and wellness. It is a force that surrounds us, and can be activated through meditation.

Like gravity, it isn’t something that can be seen or felt with the physical senses. However, you can learn to cultivate it through meditation and mindfulness practices.

Meditation can help calm the mind and clear away mental chatter, allowing you to see situations from different perspectives. It can also improve your ability to empathize with others.

To meditate, find a quiet place where you can sit comfortably and close your eyes. Focus on your breath, and notice any sensations that arise in your body. Spend as much time as you need meditating. Once you are ready to continue, slowly open your eyes.

Prayer

When you pray from the heart, you connect to this boundless, egoless source of love that is your True Nature. Its ultimate desire is your well-being and happiness.

Prayer encourages believers to cultivate humility and a deep sense of gratitude for the blessings they receive. It also fosters empathy and compassion for the needs of others. Ultimately, prayer can positively impact individuals and their communities.

Spiritual energy plays a key role in holistic healing practices. Through a combination of prayers, affirmations and energy work, healers can assist individuals in finding balance in their physical, mental and emotional health.

Many believe that prayer influences healing by transferring energy from God/Divine to the person being prayed for. This transfer of energy is often accompanied by a feeling of peace and serenity. This inner peace enables people to release fears and anxieties, cultivate a positive outlook on life and support their Soul’s purpose. In addition, prayer strengthens faith and increases one’s connection to God/Divine.

Healing

Spiritual energy healing focuses on clearing and restoring the flow of life force energy (also known as qi). Practitioners channel energy through their hands or from a distance to promote relaxation and facilitate a healthy mind, body, and spirit. Whether your aim is to relieve physical pain, ease anxiety, or boost self-esteem, there is an energy healing practice for you.

Many energy healing modalities emphasize a connection to a higher power or universal energy, acknowledging that true healing comes from outside the individual. Holistic approaches also recognize that emotional or mental stress can manifest in the body as physical symptoms, and that treating both the root cause and the symptoms is necessary for lasting wellness.

Many practitioners of spiritual healing utilize visualization techniques to aid in the healing process. This allows both the practitioner and the client to create a mental image of a positive outcome, which is believed to better “direct” energy flow. However, it is important to remember that not everyone is ready for healing; if you’re an energy healer, it’s important to follow your intuition and only heal those who are open to receiving it.
