Meditation
In a state of meditation, you are able to access energy that is beyond the mind and physical realm. This energy can be used to clear negative emotions and raise your vibration to a higher frequency.
There are many different types of meditation and they all vary in the way they are practiced. For example, some people like to think of nothing at all during their meditation while others focus on their breathing and body sensations. Ultimately, it doesn’t matter what type of meditation you do as long as you are able to concentrate on your breath and calm the mind.
It is also important to remember that it’s normal for your thoughts to infiltrate your meditation from time to time. Just gently bring your attention back to the breath when you notice that it is wandering. This is the essence of meditation and it takes practice. Be patient with yourself and take it one day at a time.
Kindness

Try starting small, such as holding the door for someone or giving a compliment. As you practice, you can gradually increase your level of kindness until it becomes a natural part of your daily life. Then, you’ll be able to share this healing power with the world around you.
Community Building
Spirituality is a very personal thing, and finding the right community to support your growth can be tricky. It’s important to look for groups that align with your values and allow you to express yourself creatively, such as drumming or dancing. This will help balance your energy by allowing your mind and body to express themselves freely.
On a personal level, you can find many opportunities to act spiritually within your family and neighborhood. Examples include speaking up when someone’s rights have been violated, practicing compassion and humility, or serving others.
These same spiritually-based actions are also desirable on a broader level, such as in an organization or community. You’ll need self-discipline to practice prayer, meditation, bible study, service, fasting, simplicity, or any other spiritual activity. These activities require effort and stretch your limits, which generates heat that transforms your body, mind, and heart.
Having self discipline is critical to your success in spiritual energy because it allows you to resist temptation, take action, and overcome obstacles. It also helps you achieve your goals by keeping you motivated, and pushing you through when it’s hard.
Developing self-discipline starts with taking small actions. For example, if you want to practice guitar, start by playing one song at a time. You can also break bigger projects down into small actions, like cleaning your room or decluttering the garage. Taking these small actions will help you build the courage to face challenges and push through. This is where mindfulness comes in, as it’s important to focus on the present moment rather than your impulsive desires.
